The room was a nice size and had a large bathroom. The hotel stuff where professional and extremely helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, right on Main Street with easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooms on the second floor were spacious and comfortable, with a twin-size bed and a full bathroom connecting the two units. The attention to detail was impressive, and the breakfast offered a good assortment of food to start my day.

This hotel has a great location, right in the heart of an idyllic small town. It is steps away from the many restaurants and shops on Main Street and within walking distance to the Baseball Hall of Fame. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with sparkling white towels and washcloths in the bathroom. The staff was polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful, providing excellent recommendations for dining and shopping.

Our whole experience was nice, would recommend. We loved the comforts of this trendy boutique hotel. The breakfast included coffee, fruit and hot waffles. The staff were hospitable and friendly and the location was GREAT WALKABLE to everything you need to do in Cooperstown.

We arrived at the inn at 2AM after a long drive from Albany Airport and were greeted with sincere and friendly hospitality. Our spacious and well-appointed room, with a comfortable bed, was perfect for our family. The inn's location is ideal, with a peaceful atmosphere and ample parking. We also enjoyed being able to use the facilities at the Otesaga and getting discounted meals there. a beautifully preserved historic inn with modern comforts and luxury.
